Hello,
As part of our ongoing commitment to security at ZenvaHost, we are requiring all clients to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for both cPanel and WordPress admin access.
Why this is important
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account by requiring a verification code in addition to your password. This significantly reduces the risk of:
-
Unauthorized access
-
Brute-force login attempts
-
Website compromises and data loss
Even strong passwords can be vulnerable — 2FA helps ensure your website and data remain secure.
What you need to do
Please ensure that the following are completed:
-
2FA is enabled in cPanel
-
2FA is enabled for your WordPress admin account
If you’re unsure how to set this up, we’re happy to help. We can:
-
Guide you through the setup process, or
-
Enable and configure 2FA for you upon request
Deadline
To maintain our security standards, we kindly ask that this be completed within the next 5 days.
If you have any questions or would like assistance, please reach out to mike@zenvahost.com.
Thank you for helping us keep your website safe and secure.
Best regards,
Mike Fulla
